Orders and Returns
Delivery charges are calculated primarily on the total weight of the package required. This charge is shown within the ‘shopping basket’ section.
All deliveries are calculated on Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland zones only. Should you require an alternative service then please contact us on +353 1 8300884.
Should an order be placed for an item or quantity of items that we do have in stock at that time, then we will advise you as soon as possible either by phone call or email. An expected lead time will be advised where you will then have to choice either to accept this change or to cancel your order.
Parcels under 30kg are despatched with DPD. Please allow at least 1 – 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. However most deliveries are made the next working day if the order is placed before 1.00pm. You should receive a text from DPD on the morning of your delivery indicating time of arrival. If you are not available to receive your delivery, we would request that you contact DPD directly to make alternative arrangements.
Over 30kg (*)
Parcels over 30kg will be dispatched via Independent Express Cargo/TPN. We will endeavour to arrange for all orders placed before 1.00pm to be dispatched on the same working day where possible. Please contact us for specific requirements.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and hasn’t been fitted, you can return it to us within 30 days* of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us by emailing email@example.com or by calling +353 1 8300884 before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact. Pack up your item protectively and include the original invoice in the package. We would recommend using a tracked delivery service.
